1. Eligibility

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Chiyo (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Chiyo, 9 Basin Drive, Suite #150 Kearny, New Jersey 07032.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on March 11, 2025 at 4 PM EST and ends on March 18, 2025 at midnight EST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must make an account on Chiyo’s Superfiliate and send a referral via email or SMS to people. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Employees and investors are not able to join this giveaway.

5. Prize(s)

For 3-4 referrals, participants will be entered to win a day of Chiyo meals and $50 gift card to either Happynest Laundry or TaskRabbit, based on preference from the participant. For 5+ referrals, participants will be entered to win a week of Chiyo meals and $100 gift card to Lunya Sleepwear. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries after the giveaway has ended and notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delays or failure to receive notification.

7. Publicity Rights

By participating, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
