Chiyo's Broth & Tonics are crafted by Dr. Lily Yeh Gillespie and have been relied on by women for generations. The herbal infusion changes based on your week of postpartum recovery. Herbs are simply infused into a infusion with chicken bone broth to minimize interactions and enhance functions of the principle herbs and assistant herbs. Specific ingredients have been excluded for those planning to breastfeed - please contact us if you have further questions.
Includes a 6-day portion for 6 weeks of broths + tonics. These are the same broths + tonics included in the Postpartum Restore Program, based on your postpartum week. We recommend purchasing at least 2 weeks prior to delivery date.
*Notes: (1) The Postpartum Restore Program already includes all broths and tonics in this bundle except the Sheng Hua Tang (can be added-on to your program order). No need to order this bundle if you already ordered a program, unless you would like additional servings of the broths and tonics. "I tried the soups and tonics bundle and was so impressed by the quality and care that's taken with each product. The tonics come in tea bag form and the soups are concentrated and frozen so they take up very little space in the freezer (really important when my freezer was full of meals in preparation for postpartum confinement period!). The preparation instructions were clear and easy to follow. I've already recommended to many birthing friends!"
