What are the differences between the bundles?
If you would like a tailored bundle that provides nutrients and minerals beneficial for your stage, Chiyo’s RDN, Kellie Mendes, has curated stage-specific snack packs. If you would like to try our best sellers or choose your own bundle, we have those available as well!

How do I check for allergens and nutrition facts?
When selecting the items in your bundle, please click into each product to double check the nutrition facts and ensure that none of the ingredients listed include any allergens you may have. If you do accidentally order a snack or soup with your allergens, please let us know before order deadline (Thursdays at 12PM ET) so we can make changes to your order accordingly.
Can I order multiple bundles?
Yes, you can! Currently, our platform only supports one soup bundle or one snack pack per checkout, which also means subscriptions for these bundles are not yet available either. If you would like to order multiple snack packs or soup bundles, please do so in separate checkouts. We apologize for the inconvenience as this is a temporary experience for the pilot. If we decide to officially launch the soup packs and snack bundles, we will most definitely be improving this checkout process!

I just ordered my bundle - when will it arrive?
Pre-order details (orders placed before 5/15 order cut off):
Any orders placed before 5/15 12 PM ET will be delivered the week of 5/19 (Monday or Tuesday depending on your shipping zone).
Order details (orders placed after 5/15 12PM ET until pilot close on 7/3 12PM ET):
If you ordered before the Thursday 12PM EST cut off, the snack/soup bundle will be prepared over the weekend and arrive the following week (Monday or Tuesday depending on your zip code).
If you ordered after the Thursday 12PM EST cut off, the snack/soup bundle will be prepared over the next weekend and delivered the following week (Monday or Tuesday depending on your zip code).

Does it matter when in the day I consume the snacks in the snack pack?
We recommend having one snack serving in between meals, an average of 90 minutes before or after a meal. Each snack in the snack pack is 2-4 servings. If you feel hungry sooner, we encourage you to eat them as you need! A friendly reminder, our snacks are not a replacement for a meal.
When do the items in the snack pack or soup bundle expire?
Snacks: Upon arrival, keep your snacks refrigerated and enjoy them by the best-by date, which ranges from 2-3 weeks after the shipment date.
Soups: Upon arrival, keep your soups refrigerated and enjoy them by the best-by date, which is 5 days after the shipment date.
How long are you offering the bundles for?
We are running the snack pack and soup bundle pilots for a limited time of 8 weeks, with the last order deadline for this pilot on 7/3. We’ll be collecting feedback throughout the pilot period so we can make sure to improve the bundle experience (if/when we launch the real deal!). If you order the bundles, please share feedback with our team - your input is integral to helping us decide if, when, and how we will officially offer the bundles!
